Sophie NGUYEN is a certified coach and holds a Bachelor in naturopathy delivered by l\u2019Institut Hildegardien, a French based training institute in naturopathy and in the teachings of Hildegarde of Bingen.
\nL\u2019institut Hildegardien is a qualified FENA member. Its professional certification process meets the requirements in transparency, objectivity and neutrality defined by the Federation for European Education.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Holistic assessment of the individual wellbeing with a detailed review of eating, exercise and stress management habits, based on the natural observation of body systems and organs (digestive, nervous, cardio, respiratory, osteoarticular,\u2026 ). Counselling is focused on finding the path towards a global and sustainable health culture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Workshop lunches

Discover the fundamentals of a simple and healthy diet that is fun to cook and proves tasty. Lunches are season-related with regards to content. The menu is designed to focus on the most sensitive organic systems in the given period : digestive system and liver in spring, cardio-vascular system in summer, kidneys in autumn, lungs and joints in winter. Learn to cook what your body best needs from a nutrition point of view for each season of the year.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
